Who the hell are ya and what is your job in the band (details)?
J. Ghouls, aka Jeff Martin. My job is to bring the bass thunder.

What did you do musically before Spookhand (bands etc)
No official bands, mainly just jamming on guitar and bass with friends

My biggest influences for writing and playing our music are The Ramones and The Misfits. Lately, I've been
picking up some playing style from Lemmy of Motorhead.

What are your favorite/most influential horror flicks?
Favorite horror movies are Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original, not the abomination made a few years ago), American Werewolf in London, Evil Dead series, The Shining

What movie scared you the most?
Probably The Shining when I saw it as a kid.

Most overrated Horror movie?
All the newer "torture porn" movies like Saw, Hostel, etc.

Who is the biggest celebrity you have ever met?
Johnny Cash. He was even cooler than I imagined.

What Spookhand song is your favorite to play live?
One of the first songs we wrote, Rock n' Roll Zombie

What is one cool thing the kids may not know about Spookhand?

A few years before Spookhand formed, Larry (vocals) played my father in a movie made by a mutual friend of ours.
